I think you're on the right track with the second name... but there is something about it that doesn't settle well. I think it's that "wolves cry" is kinda' cliché. I do like the idea of wolves though.
Wolves Evolve
would be a cool title. It's from one of my favorite poems: "Vowels" by Christian Bök. You can have it :)
